    1. Find your why

    What drives you? What fills your cup every day? What is a meaningful work life to you?

    2. Organize yourself for success

    Where am I at currently? What have I done in the past that I could use more fully? Map it, don’t just think about it.

    3. Clearly define gaps and goals

    Who do I want to become, who am I becoming? What is holding me back? What is supporting me?

    What steps do you need to take? How can you break them into small packages that you can accomplish? How do you find out what you don’t know?
